Hi there! Hope all of you are having a lovely day!
Here is my card for the Waffle Flower Challenge.

I wanted a surprise element to my rainbow themed card; and what else is better than a black and white background against the colorful rainbow?🌈🌈
This card measures the standard 4.25″ x 5.5″ using a 110 lb Neenah white cardstock. I used the entire stamp set Caring Hands in different positions to stamp the background using the Misti stamping tool. I used Versamark ink in Black onyx to stamp the images.

Then, I used one of the hands, colored it with Camel watercolor paints in a light skin tone. I wanted the hand to do the action of lifting the folded mini card. For that, I cut a slit using an x-acto knife, and inserted the fingers into the slit. From the back, you could see the fingers, which looked untidy, so I cut a strip of paper and glued I over for a cleaner look.

Using a color of rainbow strips from leftover stash, I positioned them inside the mini card in the centre. I again used the Misti to stamp the sentiment from the same stamp set.

When I placed the mini card on the paper, it felt like it needed something more, so I cut out a border from black cardstock which helped align the card a little more gracefully. I added white enamel dots to give a bit of dramatic effect as well.

So, what do you think?
Oh wow! Your card is really amazing! I love the hands pulling up the message and that pop of all the rainbow colors!
