Hi and welcome back to my blog.
Today’s card is a part of the new Penny’s Paper-Crafty Challenge blog and the sponsors are Pattie’s Creations and Jan’s Digi Stamps who have offered to give some wonderful prizes. Do head on over to check out the other DT creations and to participate.

My card is from Pattie’s Creation with this gorgeous Butterfly digital image. This card was fun to make, because the background was already made a while back. You know, how you sometimes have some projects that are half made and you don’t know how to take it to the finish line? This was one of those. But, as soon as I got this butterfly image in my hand, I knew it would go perfectly well with this background.

The ‘rainbow’ background is from Pinkfresh Studio Keep Going matching die set. The glitter paper is from Recollections paper pad from Michaels. I colored in the butterfly using watercolors and I also used Ranger enamel accents and liquid pearls at the edges of the wings to give some dimensional dots.
The word Thank You is from a Spellbinders Shapeabilities Phrase Set Two. Again, the rainbow paper is from Michaels. I added Mod Podge Dimensional magic to the words to give it a matte dimension.

The translucent sequins are from a local store and the the royal purple crystals are from Studio Katia.
