Yup, you read that correctly! I did make a CAS card. Who am I? I don’t know, but I tell you, sometimes simple and clean cards is what you need, at least that’s what I discovered this time around.

I tried to use up some of my leftover hexagon pieces from Pinkfresh Studio large die. I used Fossilized Amber and Picked Raspberry distress oxides, and and Memento Cottage Ivy green. I layered them again over a few hexagon pieces to give dimension.

The cute cacti are from the Pawsome Stamps‘ Prickly Friend stamp set, that I generously won through a giveaway they had a while back. Do check them out, the owner is an absolute gem of a person! And, the stamps are just the best!
I colored the images using Arteza brush pens and then fussy cut. I adhered them over the hexagon pieces, both off-center. Next, I stamped Hi from the same stamp set over the green hexagon, with Versafine black onyx ink.

The embellishments are from Trinity stamps, Crystal clear and Unconversationals hearts.
This is a standard A2 size card using Opaque Accent white cardstock 120 lb.
