Hello! Here is my entry for the Hero Arts April’s monthly challenge. The theme is Birthday Cards.

Everyone loves mail, and that’s what I wanted to capture with this card. I used Distress Oxides Broken China and Evergreen bough to create an ombre look.

Then I lined up the tiny envelope dies from Hero Arts Mailbox Fancy Die, which was definitely time-consuming!

As I wanted a little birthday sparkle, I added some glitter to the mailbox. I stamped the Happy Birthday onto the banner on a white cardstock and glued it as if going into the mail.

Finally, I glued this on a Neenah white card stock 110lb, measuring 4.25 x 5 inches.

I think it turned out cute.
