Hello and so happy that you are here.

I made this simple leaf card for the all the Thanksgiving celebrations. I love playing with digital images as you can size up and down the way you feel. This leaf was the perfect idea to use as a Thanksgiving card and I used it from the Festive Friends Digital Stamp Set.
After printing the leaf, I added a mix of marker pens on a plastic sheet and sprayed some water on top. I used a mix of yellows, greens, browns, and reds, smooshed the large leaf over it, and kept drying it in between to add more paint. After this process, I fussy cut the leaf and set it aside.

Now comes the time for assembly. This is a standard A2 card that I assembled using digital paper from the Delicious Slimline Digital Paper Pack. This paper pack is perfect for Fall themes and worked really well with this Thanksgiving card as well.
I printed the sentiment from the same digital stamp and cut it down to about an inch. I used the leftover paint over it and dried it with the heat gun. I added this towards the bottom and added a string on the top to add some dimension. I glued the large leaf and finished the card with some brown embellishments.

There you go. A simple and elegant card for the Thanksgiving festivities.
